Note: Gexchain Europe Limited and Gexchain Custody International Limited are listed in DNB’s public register as crypto service providers. DNB supervises Gexchain Europe Limited and Gexchain Custody International Limited in compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Anti-Terrorist Financing Act (Wet ter voorkoming van witwassen en financiering van terrorisme — Wwft) and the Sanctions Act (Sanctiewet 1977 — Sw). The crypto services of Gexchain are not subject to prudential supervision by DNB or conduct supervision by the Dutch Authority for the Financial Markets. This means that financial operational risks in respect of the crypto services are not monitored and there is no specific financial consumer protection.

Singaporean entity Gexchain Singapore Pte Ltd has obtained in-principle approval from the Monetary Authority of Singapore to operate as a major payment institution providing digital payment services.
